Her report is well documented with photos and she is detail oriented and thorough in her examination of the total property both inside and out. Two minutes after Cheryl walked into our home for an interview, we realized that she was so organized and on top of everything that we didn’t even need to meet any other home watchers. She is super prepared, extremely diligent about checking absolutely everything when she is at our home, and keeps us posted on everything to do with our home (even the little things like peeling paint). We never have to wait for a response to our emails and feel completely confident that our Sarasota home is in incredibly capable hands. We recommend her without reservation.

"I can't imagine what it would have cost me"
I contacted Sarasota Home Watch Inc. when I needed someone to watch my condo while I spent three months up north. Cheryl provided more than enough information to make me feel comfortable in hiring her. Over the three months, she was right on top of providing reports on a timely basis and made an extra visit to check on a contractor's work, providing several pictures, so I didn't have to fly back and see it for myself. When my A/C froze up, Cheryl caught it in time to avoid a disaster. Florida's heat and humidity could have quickly led to a moldy mess in my condo. I was resistant to hiring a professional home watch company at first, but I can't imagine what it would have cost me if I didn't have Sarasota Home Watch Inc. to look after things for me.
